This is a wonderful app!! It is used on smartphones and the website itself. By inputting the food you eat, you can help monitor what you are eating and how many calories your body is taking in each day. I recommend never going below 1200 calories. If you add your workout information, remember that once you input it , it will give you your calories back because they are burned. " just because you burn them does not mean you get to eat them."
